It’s been a little while, but I couldn’t resist baking today. Fresh out of the oven are 2 Cheddar Jalapeño Sourdough Focaccias, topped with sharp cheddar and homegrown jalapeños from the garden. 🌶️🧀

Perfect for a last-minute BBQ, cookout, or to snack on while watching the fireworks. Serves 4-6 as an appetizer or side.

You could make it the same every time, follow every measurement perfectly—but that’s not how it works. It takes its time, moves at its own pace, and every loaf comes out a little different.
