Hi, I'm Janine and I started Graciously Gluten Free because someone I love needed me to. When a family member was diagnosed with a gluten allergy, everything changed. Not just what we ate, but how we thought about food... about celebration, about gathering, about what it feels like to sit at the table and have something safe and delicious in front of you. I spent years learning, testing, failing, and starting over again. I read every label, tried every flour blend, and threw out more bakes than I care to admit. This one is for the moms. The moms who read every single ingredient label at the grocery store. Who called the restaurant ahead of time to ask about cross-contamination. Who made two versions of the birthday cake so their kid could blow out candles without getting sick. Who Googled "gluten-free flour blend" at midnight and woke up early to try again. Who said "you can still have everything"… and then made sure of it. This month is for YOU. 💜 May is Celiac Awareness Month — and at Graciously Gluten Free, we don't take that lightly. Our own family has lived this diagnosis. We know what it costs: the labels, the questions, the celebrations that feel complicated, the moments you just want to eat something without worry. 1 in 100 people have celiac disease. Most are still undiagnosed — right here in our community. Awareness changes that. So does having somewhere safe to go — because gluten-free should never mean going without.
