Thank you to everyone who came out today and supported this little dream of mine—especially in that Texas heat!

At the heart of this bakery is a simple mission: to provide options for people who don’t always have many. To make it possible to bite into a really good pastry, or make a sandwich without feeling like you’re settling for something less than everyone else gets.
Because sometimes, it’s more than just bread. It’s the joy of having a choice. It’s feeling included. It’s getting to enjoy something delicious without having to think twice about what you can or can’t eat.
And today, you all showed me just how much that matters.

Thank you for showing up, buying the bread, sharing my posts, cheering me on, and believing in this little bakery. I truly cannot put into words how much it means to me.

I'm so excited and honored to announce that Graciously Gluten Free has been selected as a vendor for the inaugural Gluten Free Royalty Club & Market in Dallas! 🤍

This intimate event is bringing together 50 guests and a curated group of gluten-free businesses for an afternoon of food, community, shopping, and connection.

Let me introduce you to the newest member of the Graciously Gluten Free team! She’s big, but not too big to fit on my counter, she’s quiet and self cooling and isn’t she so pretty?!

I have had my KitchenAid for 12 years and while she’s still chugging along, she’s starting to make some odd noises, so i decided not to wait until she gave out during a big bake day to make an upgrade and I couldn’t be happier!!

I cut into this test gluten free sourdough loaf fully expecting a hot mess express. 😂
And then…
EXCUSE ME?! 👀
Look at that crumb!!
This is exactly why I love testing, tweaking, and occasionally being pleasantly surprised by what comes out of the oven. 😂
She’s not perfect but she isn’t exactly the disaster I was preparing myself for either!
