Another fun year at the State Fair of Virginia has come to a close and we want to thank ALL of our friends and family who visited us at Pelican Joeβs Donuts. It is so humbling and such an honor to have so many of you come see us year after year and you all mean the world to us. Welcome to our new mini donut friends β we knew youβd love them! And because of all of you, we once again were presented The Judges Award, proudly adding yet another Ribbon to our growing collection.
What a beautiful 10 days we had this year and even on those rather hot days you still ventured to Meadow Event Park to take in the variety sights, sounds and smells of what makes the State Fair of Virginia such a memorable experience, especially making the hike up the hill to see us at Pelican Joeβs Donuts in the Meadow Pavilion. We make βum hot and fresh for you and your smiles. π
Thanks to all of the Farm Bureau Board members, State Fair Directors and Event Staff, especially Pam Daneker, Lora Parker, Kathryn Burruss, Glenn Martin and John Soderberg, for rolling out the hay bales and straw carpet to us again this year. What a great team β we appreciate all you do for us and the community!
