Something I’ve been working on quietly is finally starting to happen.

My boba shop is officially under construction… and it still doesn’t feel completely real.

I’ll be away for the next month, going back to China to train with a brand I’ll be bringing to the U.S. as a franchise.

This isn’t something spontaneous — it’s something I’ve been planning for the past two years.

There’s a lot I still don’t know, and a lot I’m about to learn.

But I think I’m ready.

I’ll be sharing the whole process — the training, the ideas, and also getting inspired by different dessert shops along the way.

This is just the beginning.

We did it… a record-breaking day at the McKinney Farmers Market 🎉

Today I sold 120 pieces of cake, my personal best so far — and I honestly couldn’t have done it without all of you.

To everyone who came by, supported, and especially my returning customers — thank you. Hearing you tell me how much you enjoy the cakes means more to me than you know. That’s what keeps me going.

I’m really, really happy (and still a little in shock 🥹), but this just motivates me to keep improving, keep creating, and keep showing up better each time.

I’ll keep working hard — and as always, I truly welcome your feedback 💛

Part 2 of the gender reveal 💕 I made the cake myself and I’m honestly obsessed with how it turned out. Everyone really enjoyed the chocolate crunch cake, which made me so happy 🥰

The reactions were priceless, and the whole day just felt so full of love and joy. We had such a great time celebrating Maggie and Chris—it was truly a beautiful moment for them. I genuinely feel so happy for them and so glad we all got to share in such a special celebration 🎂✨

Still can’t believe I get to be part of this moment 🥹✨

My friend Maggie is expecting, and she trusted me with her gender reveal cake… and even let me be the one to open the envelope 💌

I wanted to make this extra special and keep everything as natural as possible—no artificial coloring, just real ingredients:

Just fresh strawberries and sugar. That’s it. No additives, no preservatives, no artificial flavors—just real fruit slowly cooked down into a rich, glossy jam. In this ASMR video, I wash and cut fresh strawberries, mix them with sugar, and gently boil them while stirring for about 40 minutes until they naturally turn into a thick, sweet jam.

Simple ingredients. Pure strawberry flavor.

This homemade jam is exactly what I use to make my Japanese strawberry chiffon cake, adding a natural fruity sweetness and beautiful strawberry aroma.
