I have some unfortunate Legal news that is out of my hands but I know that God is somehow paving the way for new doors to open and new opportunities. I do have to make a public announcement to state soon immediate changes.

First and foremost I want to thank everyone who has ever supported in anyway Beauty & Beast Cuisine products, we have been “Doing Business As” in the state of Texas since 2014.

Yesterday, Carlos and our ex business partner, and myself were served legal papers from the Company of “Monster Energy Drink.” They have stated and sent a “cease and desist” letter to stop us from using the word “Beast” and the color Green in combination with any of my products concerning a drink and any combination of items of drink and meal with that in our logo. I have been creating drinks such as meal replacements and Detoxes since 2017 and with this label that we own and with its own subtitle of the name of the drink. They are claiming infringement on their intellectual property, violations and have said we are causing “mark in connection with “ monsters products and that “consumers are particularly likely to believe that there is an association… this infringement causes severe damage to Monsters reputation.”

Furthermore Monster Is a 67.8 billion dollar company that is partially owned by Coca cola and we do not have that type of money, that power, or the time to fight this.

We will have to be white labeling some of our products and taking down many ads and revamping. We are taking this time to figure out what we will do if anything with the name or completely change it.

If you see labels that have been crossed or marked out or any of that matter know this is part of our transition as all of this is hard for us to now redesign , reprint and start new. We thank you again for your support.
We cannot beat the “Monster,” so we will become something else.
