I'm gonna be real with you.

A lot of coaches say "you don't have to give up your favorite foods" because that's what sells. And yeah, you don't have to quit cold turkey. But here's what they don't tell you:

Flexible eating isn't intuitive eating. It's not just stocking your pantry with healthy snacks. It's not eating healthy "most of the time."
