Our basic cake decorating class is a 5-week course that lays a strong foundation for creative cake decorating and increases technical skills through the use of both lectures and hands-on activities. Successful cake decorating not only relies on the mastery of application skills, but also in the decorator’s ability to improvise. This course will focus on the finer point
