I have the 🍞 traditional loaves, 🌶 jalapeño & 🧀 cheddar loaves and lavender, apricot & walnut loaves undergoing their long fermentation before shaping and heading into the fridge. I'll bake them late tomorrow so they're fresh for the Pittsburg County Farmers Market on Saturday!

I might also make a few focaccias if I don't fall asleep 🤔 😴 🙃

The Apricot Lavender Walnut sourdough crumb (interior) reveal.

This loaf is difficult to describe - it's not sweet, not tart, and not savory. The flavors just blend together into something really unique.

I will be offering a few half loaves @ $8.00 each at this weekends Farmers Market. Let me know if you want one put back for you.

When a couple asked if I've ever made a lavender, dried apricot and walnut loaf, I knew I had to dig deeper into this.

The ingredients have been purchased, the items have been toasted, chopped and mixed and the loaf is currently incorporating the wonderful mixture.

My husband said it "smells like bees" and I love that! It reminds me of summer orchards and wildflower fields. It is earthy yet floral, sweet and nutty and just an interesting combination.

I'll be at the Pittsburg County Farmers Market this Saturday with fresh sourdough! 🍞

I'm still finalizing this week's flavors, but there will be a mix of favorites and maybe something new. I'll post the menu as soon as it's set, but if there's a flavor you're hoping to see, let me know in the comments!

Rain or shine, I’ll be at the Pittsburg County Farmers Market this Saturday with fresh sourdough 🍞

I’ll have traditional, roasted garlic & herb, and strawberry & white chocolate.

Quantities will be limited, and last week sold out, so if you’d like a specific flavor, message me to pre-order and I’ll set it aside for you.

I won’t be bringing as many loaves to the Pittsburg County Farmers Market this Saturday, so pre-orders are the best way to make sure you get the loaf you want. Once I sell out, that’s it for the day — message me if you’d like me to hold one for you! 🍞
