Toot my own horn time. I’ve had a few people ask about gluten free and so I stepped up to the challenge but I found the recipes call for weird/artificial extra ingredients which I am not okay with artificial so I’ve been plying with recipes and this week I made gluten free sourdough English muffins that are fluffy ish I’m not mad at them. Still a little more dense than I would like them to be but I’m gonna keep playing. GF s’mores cookies are in the making right now
