This design required a technique that I’ve never done before, but after some trial and error, I figured it out and it turned out pretty great! It was just as spectacular inside… chocolate cake brushed with vanilla bourbon simple syrup, filled with bourbon salted caramel buttercream. Gold painted macrons, edible gold leaf and painted gold fondant accents with the chilled green spackled design. Happy Double Nickel birthday, Traci!!
