I've been obsessed with desserts and baking since I was just a kid following his Mom around the kitchen hoping she would let him lick the whisk! In December of 2010 I finally decided to turn my passion into my profession and enrolled in the Pastry and Baking Arts program at the Institute of Culinary Education. I graduated with honors and now I am putting my knowledge to work! I learned it all cake

s, pies, mousse, tarts, chocolates, and French & Italian delicacies. In the end, I found that what really satisfies my sweet tooth, my dessert desire, is cookies, but these aren't your Momma's cookies!
