Attention Bearcats!!!
I've got something a little different for sale now. It may not be sourdough... but it is GLUTEN FREE!!! That's right, this delicious sandwich bread is the perfect combination of moist, flavorful, and fluffy. For all of my gluten free friends out there go ahead and send me your orders! This delicious gluten free sandwich bread is $20 a loaf. It may be a bit on the pricey side, but trust me it's worth it! It’s not dry and crumbling. Pop it in the toaster and you’ve got crunch on the outside and still nice and fluffy on the inside!
***Disclaimer*** While this bread is gluten free, it still contains wheat so it is not safe for those with a wheat allergy. Furthermore, while all gluten free ingredients are stored separately and I do sanitize my kitchen between orders, with how often I'm baking there is just no way I can guarantee this is celiac safe! I do everything I can to eliminate any chance of cross contamination but please order at your own discretion and let me know if any further precautions are necessary!!

Hey Bearcats 🤍

I want to sincerely apologize for the delay in some of the recent pre-orders. I unexpectedly broke my toe (not exactly ideal timing 😅), and this has also been the first time I’ve ever had this volume of orders.

While I’m incredibly grateful for the support, I’m also working through some growing pains and adjusting my process to handle everything smoothly.

All current pre-orders will be filled this week. Thank you so much for your patience, encouragement, and support of this student-run bakery. It truly means the world to me.
