Ula’s Asian Cabbage Salad
Fry the following on low until browned – about 10 minutes – don’t over fry:
½ cup sunflower seeds
1/3 cup slivered almonds
2 packages Ramen Noodles (don’t use the seasoning)
1 stick butter

Dressing – combine the following and store in pint jar:
1 cup olive oil
2 Tblsp. Soy sauce
½ cup white wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar
1 cup sugar

Finely shred the cabbage and chop the onion and put in large bowl and mix together:

2# white cabbage
4 green onions

Before serving, pour the noodle mixture and about half of dressing on cabbage/onion and mix until coated as desired.

Can make noodle mixture and dressing ahead and store in refrigerator.
Put the noodle mixture in the microwave to warm up a bit!

Enjoy!
