I wanted to officially announce I will not be selling through the bakery trailer anymore. I will be opening a brick & mortar sandwich shop in downtown Marshall. I'm hoping to open in the next few weeks. Thank you to all who have placed orders with me or have purchased my items at GypsyQueen Coffee Bar over the last two years. I hope to see you at Swans Landing & will continue to sale items at Gypsy from the new location. I am working on a new page & will post it on here. Thanks again for all the support ❤️

I'm adding a new item to my frozen dough selection. Cinnamon rolls. Have you seen where you can put cinnamon rolls in your mini waffle maker. It's so fun! They are one of my family's favorite & now they are available to you. They come frozen & you make them right out of the freezer for waffles. Or put them in refrigerator the night before & bake the next morning. 8 rolls in a bag for $12. I also offer jumbo cinnamon rolls 6 for $35. They come frozen. You bake. These can also be made dairy free if requested. Perfect for Christmas morning. Order yours today.
