We’re officially announcing the 2026 New Athens Community Nights: Food Truck & Movie Nights lineup! And this fall is gonna be GOOD. 👀

From treasure hunts to witches, the Addams family, and a little Halloween-meets-Christmas magic, we’ve got something for everybody:

🍁 September 25 — The Goonies
🔮 October 2 — Hocus Pocus 2
🖤 October 9 — Addams Family Values
🎃🎄 November 13 — The Nightmare Before Christmas

📍 New Athens Community Park
🚚 Food Trucks: 5–9 PM
🎥 Movies begin at 7:30 PM

Grab your chairs, blankets, friends, kids, neighbors—and probably somebody who says they’re “just coming for the food trucks.” 😂

These nights are about more than movies. They’re about getting outside, supporting local vendors, making memories, and spending a fall evening together as a community. ❤️

LAST CALL BEFORE RIVER BEAN GOES MIA. 🖤☕️

Can orders are OPEN Monday–Wednesday this week!

River Bean will be closed 9/3–9/23. I know—that’s basically a caffeine eternity. 😅 But between a much-needed family vacation and heading out on our mission trip, there just isn’t enough time to brew, can, mom, pack, travel and pretend I have my life together.

So… STOCK. 👏 UP. 👏

Grab your favorites, build a 6-pack, fill the fridge and prepare accordingly because once Wednesday’s orders close, that’s it until we’re back.

The Saturday morning 8/29 from 8 AM to 1 PM your girls from River Bean Coffee and Donuts Coming Soon will be rolling into Sam's Club in O'Fallon Illinois to help support their fundraising efforts for the children's miracle network and both of us will be donating part of our sales to help them out so come on out! Get some donuts and some coffee! Come say hi and support a great cause.

We are sliding into an exciting spot this weekend and the assistant to the donut queen... the big guy... our muscle, pr, fixer and all around best hype man for us as well as our favorite coffee gal, has requested butterfly sugar cookies in honor of his love of Dolly Parton.
