✨Breakfast Burrito Bowls✨
1. Cook 1/2 a pound of sausage and bacon. I added an onion and some bell peppers. You can also add any other veggies you would like.
2. In a large separate bowl add 7 eggs and whisk well. Add a couple tablespoons of heavy cream or milk and mix again. Now add in all your cooked meat and vegetables. Mix. Add 1 cup of shredded cheese.
3. Add 6 small tortilla bowls on a sheet pan and add your egg mixture to each. Top with more shredded cheese.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
5. Top with green onions and enjoy!!!
