I look forward to helping you custom create a cake for your special occasion! Getting interested in cake decorating was the next logical step for me. I am self taught, using cake decorating blogs and websites for help with technique and inspiration for design. I have learned that there is an amazing amount of time, skill and talent involved in cake decorating. Some of the cakes I have seen are mas

Pineapple upside down cake and pineapple cake with caramelized bananas and walnuts. For my friend's ACTUAL event. Someone mentioned it was their first time having pineapple upside down cake! 😲 Anyone else never tried it?

Well. It's a happy accident, I guess, when you make a cake for an event that's NEXT Sunday, rather than today. I had a piece with my friend, left half and took the other half home. Yay! More cake for me 😁
This is called a lemon almond streamliner cake. It's a vintage recipe from the 30's... a light almond cake with lemon custard. I added the mixed berries, which takes this cake over the top!

You Are My Sunshine baby shower cake. Chocolate with raspberry/chocolate mousse filling and vanilla with strawberry/cheesecake filling with buttercream icing, covered with fondant.

C3's first birthday cake! Chocolate cake with homemade hostess cream filling. It was so warm that Mickey's ears started to melt but I added some extra fondant and some straws in the back to hold them up for pictures.
