Hi, I'm a small-scale baker who believes that the best things in life rise slowly—like sourdough. What started as a simple joy of baking for family and friends has grown into a deep love for crafting loaves that nourish both body and soul. I bake from home, in small batches, with care and intention. My kitchen smells of flour, laughter, and love—and

every loaf is made for someone I know, someone I care about, or someone in my community who appreciates the magic of handmade bread. Sourdough has become my passion: wild, patient, and beautifully imperfect. I offer limited pre-orders when time and dough allow, always keeping it personal and meaningful. This isn’t a business—it’s a labor of love.
