I placed an order for pickup at 10 am today (which is when your store is supposed to open). I called to confirm that this timing worked on Thursday and was told it would be no problem. I drove 25 min. to your location and have been sitting in your parking lot since 10 a.m. waiting for your store to open for over 30 minutes. I鈥檝e knocked on the door, called several times...nothing. Unfortunately, I am supposed to be picking this cookie bouquet up on my way out of town and am going to show up to meet my friend鈥檚 new baby empty handed because your store can鈥檛 open on time or fulfill an order that was placed and confirmed earlier this week. And to think I already paid!!!! Looking forward to hearing how you plan to fix this.
I just have to say I have used this company many many times to deliver gifts to family. I have order over and over because of how good I am told your cookies are. Earlier this year they made the delivery early leaving out part of the order...they made it up by redelivering on the correct day with everything I ordered. HOWEVER this month I added the Mixed Nuts to my cookie order but they were not delivered. When I called 12/26 I was told "Oh we ran out of nuts" Not I am sorry, no call, no email or anything! I was told I would receive an email letting me know of the credit I would get back for the mixed nuts...however I received nothing and no credit to my credit card. I called again 12/27 asking for the manager and was told the manager was not in so asked if I could leave my name and number for a call back. Still NOTHING!! If my family had not of let me know then it would have just been money in your pocket for nothing! This is not in any way how a business keeps repeat customers. I am very saddened by your lack of response. :(
So, my friend ordered these for my birthday to be delivered on DECEMBER 4th BY 4pm! They showed up at work yesterday at 5pm (after hours) and this is what I get!!! I feel so bad for her because she was trying to send something so sweet and due to the lack of customer service this has been more of a nightmare for her then anything. Smudge - broken - and late. I would never order from here again! They didnt even offer a full refund.
