This book is pretty cool it's got some great recipes in it and it's fun to learn how to turn different grains into usable flour. Especially if you have a hard time finding things that fit your diet needs like vegan diets or gluten-free this book was really helpful and the ideas are inspiring. This pizza turned out pretty well and it was a heavier whole grain wheat flour instead of using a bread flour it crisped up really nice as well. And the greasiness from the cheese just made it so delicious. I know when I was at the store a couple days ago every shelf in the bread section was completely bare. But if you have a few different kinds of grains in your pantry, such as beans or even rice you can get really creative and it would be a fun project while the kids are off and home from school.
