This is the flavor that pretty much started it all. We love the combination of peanut butter and chocolate! We like to take our devil’s food cake and top it with a rich peanut butter buttercream icing. Drizzle a little chocolate ganache and add some peanut butter cups. For those that don’t love chocolate (huh?), we use yellow cake with peanut butter buttercream. We make these in layered dessert cakes or cupcakes.

No matter if it’s cupcakes, a birthday cake, or a dessert cake, nothing says special occasion like a Carrot Cake. This is no ordinary carrot cake. This one was passed down and perfected over time.

This weekend we had the pleasure of preparing two orders. Thank you to Carla Raines and Sarah Towery. Carla ordered our Peanut Butter Cup Brownies. Chocolate fudge brownie with a layer of peanut butter covered by a chocolate Ganache. Sarah ordered assorted cupcakes. We took chocolate and yellow cupcakes and topped them with white, chocolate, and peanut butter buttercream. Thanks again!

Kiz’s Kakes is a home-based bakery specializing in dessert cakes, birthday cakes, and cupcakes. Cheryl and I began working in the bakery business as teenagers and soon discovered that we had a passion for creating and designing bakery items that not only were appealing to the eye but made the taste buds desire more. By creating products that we love and sharing them with our friends and family, we soon discovered that what we love was also loved by others.
