We have been making lemon ricotta cookies for the past few years. It was a recipe given to us that we were asked to make periodically. Fast forward to 2024… we bake and sell about 400 per week! Wild!!!
We have used that base recipe to create our own adaptations. We dreamed up these almond pistachio ricotta cookies to include in our 2023 Christmas cookie box. They were such a hit that we decided to make them again… and again… and again! Sales haven’t slowed!!! We are excited that our customers love a cookie we dreamed up!
