From one local farm to another…

One of my favorite things about being part of the market is supporting fellow vendors. This week, I picked up fresh blueberries from Valley View Farm and Garden and turned them into something special—Blueberry Lemon Sourdough!

Sweet, juicy blueberries paired with bright lemon zest and tucked into a naturally leavened sourdough loaf make for the perfect summer flavor. There’s something so rewarding about taking ingredients grown by local farmers and baking them into fresh bread for your family’s table.
