Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was not able to attend an event I had planned to this morning, so I have lots of bread available.
I have:
4 loaves of Original Sourdough Bread

4 Cinnamon Sugar Swirl Sourdough (Not currently available in minis)

I also have sample boxes available and they will come with either 4 mini loaves (the dessert styles) for $10 or I can do 8 for $20.

Today, let’s talk about sweeteners!
In the majority of the products I offer, I use raw honey instead of sugar. This is important to me because honey offers so many things that our bodies can actually use, while also still making EVERYTHING taste good.
Here are some benefits of honey:
1. Promotes Gut Health: Raw honey can support a healthy gut microbiome because it contains both pro and pre-biotic properties.
2. Lower Glycemic Index: Research shows that honey can improve sugar and cholesterol levels.
