Position #1: TRAILER DRIVER / TEAM LEAD
Part-Time / Seasonal
We are looking for a dependable and responsible Trailer Driver / Team Lead to bring our mobile donut operation to farmers markets, festivals, fairs, and other special events around Northern Virginia.
This is a part-time, seasonal position, with most shifts being on Saturdays and Sundays, with additional opportunities to work larger events.
What You’ll Do:
• Load and prepare the donut trailer for events
• Drive a pickup truck and tow the trailer to and from events
• Set up and break down the trailer safely
• Lead and work alongside a small event team
• Make and serve our fresh donuts
• Keep the trailer clean, organized, and ready for operation
• Help ensure food-safety and operational procedures are followed in fast paced environment
• Prioritize safety while driving, setting up, and operating
What We’re Looking For:
• 20+ with a valid Drivers License and clean driving record
• Previous truck and/or trailer experience is preferred, but not required
• Comfortable learning to safely tow, maneuver, and back a 20ft trailer
• Able to lift 50 lbs
• Dependable, punctual, and attentive
• Comfortable taking responsibility and leading a small team
Food-service, leadership, truck-driving, or towing experience is preferred, but we’re primarily looking for someone who is responsible and willing to learn.
💰 Starting Pay: $18–$22/hour + Tips, based on experience.
📍 Manassas Park, VA, with travel to markets and events throughout the region.
