Took a couple of weeks off to recover from surgery and it sure feels SO good to be back in my kitchen doing what I love most! Started off the week strong with a simple but fun cookie cake. 🍪

It’s been an incredible week in the baking world… 8 cakes in 3 days has me feeling truly grateful! 🍓🥥🍋🍪

This weeks cakes included 2 chocolate cakes with Oreo icing, 2 coconuts, a gluten free lemon pound cake with lemon glaze, a strawberry with strawberry filling (my personal favorite!), lemon with lemon curd filling and a vanilla cake with a Oreo filling and vanilla icing!

**If anyone needs a cake for the 4th of July please get with me asap-I only have a few more spots open! 🇺🇸
