Made from grain I mill myself, these bring a little more to the table:

I’m excited to share I’ve been experimenting in the kitchen & diving into the benefits of freshly milling my own flour 🌾. I’m using a blend of organic white & Turkey red wheat berries to bring both flavor & nutrition back into every bite.

My newest creation is this delicious chocolate chip banana bread, made with freshly milled soft white wheat. Not only does it have a rich, wholesome flavor, but freshly milled flour also retains more nutrients compared to store-bought flour, keeping the bran & germ intact for added fiber, vitamins, & minerals!
