Fall is in the air and it’s apple season and Labor Day weekend! I created a new gourmet cookie to celebrate the season, my Apple Cinnamon Cookie. It’s a huge, soft cookie with lots of cinnamon and cinnamon chips, and fresh honeycrisp apples, and a dusting of cinnamon sugar. Also, we will have my Oreo Cookies and Cream cookie. Both are available exclusively at Bens Backdraft Barbecue this weekend. Go get some yummy BBQ and grab a cookie while you are there!

Good morning! I have 2 new cookies this week! My Triple Chocolate Brookie Cookie, which is a combo of my gourmet chocolate chip cookie and triple brownie cookie. It’s huge, soft and full of chocolate deliciousness.
Next is my Salted Caramel Oatmeal Cookie. It’s soft and chewy full of whole grain oats, toffee bits, salted caramel chips and melted caramel baked all through topped with Maldon sea salt makes the perfect sweet and salty bite!
Make sure you pick up one or two at Bens Backdraft Barbecue this weekend!

Wow you guys really blew me away with all the creative and clever names for my new cookie! After looking through them all, the one that really stood out to me was Peanut Butter Explosion! There were 2 of you, Melonie Call and Miranda Ross Arrington that choose that name so it is a tie! Both of you will receive 3 of these new Peanut Butter Explosion cookies!

Also I want to mention Melissa McCoy with Slap Yo Mama cookie and LeAnn Parrot with Gooey Goodness! I will keep those 2 names for future cookie creations! Thank you for all who participated!

🍪New cookie creation this week! I’m really excited about this one. I’m still thinking of a cool name but I’m going to call it Peanut Butter Oreo Cookie. It is the same cookie dough as my Nutter Butter Cookie but loaded with chocolate chips, Reese’s peanut butter chips, peanut butter Oreos and after its baked and still warm piped with a huge dollop of creamy peanut butter, and topped with a half peanut butter Oreo. This cookie and my Biscoff Cookies will be available for purchase at Bens Backdraft Barbecue this weekend! I hope you will try it!
