Making our Strawberry Mascarpone Croissant is not something that happens in a few hours… it’s a 3-day process from start to finish.
Day 1 — Mixing, resting, and preparing the dough so the texture develops the way it should.
Day 2 — Laminating real butter, folding layer after layer, then letting the dough rest slowly so every croissant bakes light, flaky, and full of flavor.
Day 3 — Baking fresh, filling with our strawberry mascarpone cream, and finishing each one by hand.
Good things take time.
