Madison SOUP

Madison SOUP is a community event designed to promote projects and ideas in the Madison, WI area. An event has attendees pay a $10 entrance fee that comes with a homemade soup, salad, bread meal as well as a voting ballot. Project members then deliver a 5 minute pitch about what their project is and why it is beneficial to Madison. After pitches there is time to meet with project members and vote for your favorite project. The votes are then tallied and the project with the most votes receives all the profit money raised from the entrance fee. Schedule for an event: 6:00 pm-Doors Open 6:30-Food is served and start of 5 minute pitches for each project After all pitches have concluded there will be time to meet with project members to get additional information about their project and time to vote for your favorite. 7:30-Voting ends and ballots are tallied 7:45-Winning Project is announced and profit money is awarded 8:00-Event concludes
