This was one of the most complicated cakes I have made to date. It was a charity Auction cake for JordanCon.
The Design was inspired by a Wheel of Time print by Illustrater Edsel Arnold Titled: Valan Luca's grand Traveling Show. Edsel often uses architectural design elements in his artwork. For this peice mainly ART Deco, Art nuveau, and the starry sky seems to be a depiction of a Gothic church ceiling.
I had dreamed of soo much more for this cake. The animals, an additional scene or two on the back but of course time, as always was a constraint. The cake was purchased by Dragonmount and was generously shared with congoers.

Recently went to Albuquerque for a family wedding. This cake was definitely a group effort!

Hello Pretty as a penny cakes is located in Macon GA. I (Penny) am a certified pastry chef. I run a licensed business out of my home. I specialize in wedding cakes, grooms cakes and specialty birthday cakes including sculpted cakes using buttercreme and or fondant. I hand sculpt all of my figures from fondant instead of using store bought toys etc. I also cater showers and events and can provide personalized cupcakes, cookies, macarons, pies, tarts etc. I bake from scratch using only the finest ingredients and never use box mixes.
