Leanne's Gluten-Free Pumpkin Muffins was started by request a few years ago in my kitchen. My husband and 2 of my children have Celiac Disease and have to eat gluten-free for their health. I started experimenting with different recipes and have come up with some great baked goods that don't even taste gluten- free. A gluten-free friend tasted my pumpkin bread and loved it so much, she asked if I w

ould sell it. Word spread and I now bake throughout the year for not only my gluten free friends and their friends but also for some who aren't gluten-free at all! I am always up for new challenges so if you have been craving your favorite treat but you have to eat gluten-free, let me know and I'll give it a try!
