Hey y’all!

Here’s this weeks bread menu!

I WILL NOT BE DOING SANDWICHES THIS WEEK!!!
My employee (aka my daughter) is going out of town and y’all are just too much for me to handle all by myself!
We have made huge strides on the cafe this month and are sooooooo close!!!

I’ll be set up on the porch at Chronic Chaos Cafe Saturday from 10am-2pm and I’ll be in my usual spot Sunday from 10am-2pm at Budaful Farmers Market 🫶🏻🫶🏻

Come out to The Cistern Hall tonight from 7-11 for Wyatt Aleman & The Texas Rangers and get a patty melt on fresh baked sourdough or beef nachos! I use 115 Farms local Wagyu beef 🫶🏻

Flavor list for the week, sorry for the late posting.
Saturday 10a-2p, I will be at the cafe like usual 🫶🏻 Chronic Chaos Cafe
Saturday evening we are cooking at The Cistern Hall doors are open from 7-11 with Wyatt Aleman playing 🫶🏻
Sunday I’ll be at Budaful Farmers Market in my usual spot, with bread and cookies ready to go!

Dinner is almost ready!
Cheesy pasta with Vesuvio from MADDPASTA NBTX, olive oil from Paul, George, Matthew Colletti and Wagyu/Angus beef from 115 Farms

Not seen :
Broccoli micro greens from Munchie Micros, cheesy garlic Herb sourdough from (me) & for dessert … Pecan pie bars from A Matter of Crust Bakery & sourdough brown butter chocolate chip cookies 🫶🏻

Market haul also included saltwater taffy in caramel corn and bit o honey from Nixon Freeze Dried, coffee (on order!!) from Springtown Roasters , and saving me with Pork Belly Adobo for lunch was Oompa Lumpia 🫶🏻🫶🏻
