Who doesn’t love Sonic the Hedgehog?? Not only does this kiddo love Sonic, but his favorite character is Knuckles! So obviously I had to used chocolate to create him this topper! This cake is a 6inch French vanilla blueberry cake, filled with a blueberry compote, and a vanilla buttercream!
