My friend and co-worker, Chloe Bowlin, has just received the news no parent wants to hear. After a trip to the ER, doctors discovered her daughter, Lottie, had a brain mass. They had surgery to remove and test it. Still, sadly, she was diagnosed with a Diffuse Midline Glioma, a very aggressive type of brain cancer. Lottie is a loving four-year-old who brings joy through her love of dancing, playing with her brother, and making people laugh. Everyone who meets her leaves with a smile.
To help support Chloe and her family during this difficult time, I will be partnering with Landmark Cafe and Grill to host a baking class to help support the cost of being away for treatment. All proceeds from the class will go directly to Chloe to help give her some piece of mind while she is away from work.
