Chicken Salad piled high on our Kickin’ Ranch Sourdough… because honestly, is there a better way to enjoy a lazy late-Sunday afternoon?! 🤤🌶️🥖

There’s just something about homemade chicken salad + fresh sourdough that makes the perfect Sunday sandwich!

And for all of you mama’s, daddy’s, and grandparents getting those kiddos ready to head BACK TO SCHOOL… I’m praying this school year is filled with good things, great memories, new friendships, lots of learning, and more blessings than you can count. ❤️📚✏️

Move over, regular pizza… there’s a new boss in town. 😏

The Bread Boule Bakehouse took pizza night and gave it a little sourdough sass!

We started with a pizza-style dough and loaded it up with homemade marinara, savory spices & seasonings, layers of pepperoni, and a seriously delicious cheese blend. Then we criss-crossed that bad boy, brushed the whole thing with olive oil, butter & garlic, and baked it until golden, bubbly, cheesy perfection. 🤤🔥
And let me just say…

THE BREAD BOULE BAKEHOUSE. NAILED. IT. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Crispy edges. Cheesy center. Saucy, garlicky goodness. Pepperoni in every bite.

Life is funny and, at times, challenging. Certain people and situations can trigger all the questions, emotions, and thoughts we thought we had tucked away. Sometimes we just need to slow down, take a breath, and pour a little love back into ourselves.

It's hard to believe we'll soon be heading into the last four months of the year. Time sure has a way of flying! But today... let's slow down, soak up the sunshine, and do something that makes us smile. 💜

Today is a special one for us—we're headed out to get matching tattoos to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary! ❤️

That got me thinking...

Besides creating all the delicious sourdough goodness here at The Bread Boule Bakehouse, I also make homemade dog treats for our three miniature Dachshunds—Harper, Duke, and Lucy! 🐾

These are our 🍎 Apple~Carrot Pup Crunchers made with simple, wholesome ingredients, so I know exactly what they're snacking on. Watching those little tails wag makes every batch worth it!
