I’m originally from Amarillo, Texas, and my love for baking started long before it became a business. It was passed down in quiet, meaningful moments with my great grandmother and grandmother…the kind of love that shows up in recipes you don’t measure and memories you don’t forget.

I took that passion and gave it structure at Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, where I earned my Associate of Applied Science in Baking and Pastry Arts. A science and art degree…which is honestly funny because I hate science, but here we are. Since then, I’ve worked everywhere from food trucks to country clubs to bakeries, learning how to adapt, create, and refine my craft in every kind of kitchen.

Beyond the flour and sugar, I’ve built a life I’m really proud of. I’ve got an incredible, supportive partner, Stu, four dogs that run the house, and a slower kind of joy waiting for me outside the kitchen. In my free time I love swimming, being at home with my family, and getting lost in arts and crafts.

Emerald House is an extension of all of that. It’s intentional, it’s personal, and it’s growing into something even more special…a little gem I can’t wait to fully share with you.
