Kicking off the fall baking season with these DELICIOUS pumpkin whoopee pies, er...I mean, mini cakes! A bit bigger than the traditional whoopee pies, these have a maple marshmallow cream filling and are so moist and tender. They have all the warm, comforting tastes of fall baked inside. Here's a little taste of Florida in a cake! I call it the Florida Orange Sunshine cake. It's coated in a delicious buttercream frosting with a hint of orange in it. Cake is a white cake flavored with orange. A nice taste of fresh in your mouth! $30, serves 8 -14 people depending on size of your slices.
