1st of all, DONT COME @ ME LOL i realized it’s “hi Barbie” not “hey Barbie” 😂. I haven’t watched the movie yet oops.
But here’s a fun little girly cake in honor of the new Barbie movie!
Also tried out this new concept of putting cupcakes together to make a little 1/4(?) sheet cake because everyone asks for sheet cakes but i just don’t do any other cake besides circle cakes at the moment 😅
Fun fact: For someone who grow up not girly at all and almost even tomboy, i was obsessed with the Barbie movies until l was in like high school haha. It’s a tie between Barbie in the Nutcracker and Barbie as the Princess and the Pauper 🤭

Y’all, on top of being at work for 8.5 hours, i was up for at least 26-30 hours straight on my feet for this LOL. Woke up at 4am for my day job, then rushed home to work on this order and then clean into the next day.
People ask me all the time if all this is “worth it”, and for the first time ever in my career, i took a step back and was like wow I’m really proud of how hard i work to make my dreams become a reality. A lot of people may not get it, but at the end of the day, I’m doing what i truly love. And to me, that’s all worth it. Sure, it’s insanely draining doing everything by yourself. But to be able to finally see the progress from when i started to now, 🥹.

A classic graham cracker crust with a no-bake filling (no eggs!) that consists of a creamy mascarpone and coffee flavored cheesecake filling. Also has a layer of ladyfinger biscuits in the middle that is soaked in coffee and topped off with whipped cream and dusted with cocoa powder and espresso powder 😋.

Like me, my family doesn’t really care for desserts, but obviously had to make a cake for my mom’s birthday and I decided to make this again because it’s been over a year and this time, it came out better! Layers of matcha cake with whipped cream and strawberries for the filling. Outside is frosted with matcha whipped cream and regular whipped cream!
