Hi, I’m Riley (Ry)

I’m in the process of getting everything set up under Colorado’s cottage food rules and wanted to put my gluten-free cinnamon rolls out there to see if there’s local interest. I’ve had great feedback from friends and family, so I’m excited to share them more publicly!

All ingredients used are gluten-free, and these rolls have been taste-tested and approved by my celiac husband. While they’re made in a home kitchen that also processes wheat at other times, I follow a thorough cleaning process to minimize cross-contact and am always happy to answer questions.
