Good morning cake family & friends! Last year I was in the top 10 this year the top 3! ☺️🫶🏼🫶🏼 this is why I strive for reviews!!! If you have orders from me or bought from the cart PLEASE leave me a review! It does not go unnoticed and you do get a special gift or surprise with your next order! 🫶🏼 I am considering buying the plaque which is $99 just to have it my booths! 🤷🏻♀️
I strive for good customer service! In 13 years I have never missed an order or a date! I am extremely thorough with all of my paperwork, invoicing, contracts, communications, & overall experience! Not saying I haven't made mistakes like forgetting a filling 🫣 😬🥴🤦🏻♀️but everyone has been so amazing! I am ONE PERSON! lol I do it all! I am the secretary, I am the receptionist, I am the billing department, I am collections, I am the baker, I am the cleaner, I am the artist, any position that can be filled at a business. that is my position. On top of taking care of my family; just because my sons are 20 and 21 doesn't mean that I still don't have to care for them. They still live here and I still Mom them. ☺️🫶🏼 I also take care of our dogs and my 24 chickens. I create my own labels. I print my own labels. I package everything.
Sundays are my days off; 9/10, I will not respond on a Sunday. I also keep Sundays open for any wedding consults that need to be done for inquiries with different schedules, which I am sympathetic to and respect! I know not everybody can touch base with me and get back to me on Monday morning, which are my office days! And that is OK touching base and communicating is the most important thing ☺️
I will however, get back to you right away if I see the Inquiry and it's soon or a last-minute inquiry I will get back to you right away to let you know that I cannot help you so you can keep searching ☺️
These are just a few things that I think are very important and running a small business. I have a system in place and it's that way for a reason. That keeps me straight, so I don't forget you, and that keeps you informed. I think I'm going to be switching over to a software program called HoneyBook. So far, I love everything about this and it gives you the opportunity to have your own customer portal. This will mostly be used for weddings and large orders, but I'm going to have a meeting today at noon to go over everything to see if this can benefit for all orders. And I will use HoneyBook for everything and Wix for just my website. ☺️
I'm always looking for better ways to make things user-friendly easier for you and easier for me!
