There’s just something about a warm cinnamon swirl tucked into a soft, fluffy loaf of sourdough that feels like fall in the best way.

Toasted with a little butter, paired with your morning coffee, or eaten straight off the cutting board because you couldn’t wait. No wrong answers here😂

a little reminder that Coop & Crumb is taking this weekend off! 🤎

The stand will be closed October 17–18 while I take a little break to travel and spend some time with family.

After such an amazing sold-out weekend, I’m feeling extra grateful for this little community and everyone who continues to show up for my tiny bakery🥹🫶🏼

I’ll be back in the kitchen next week, and I already can’t wait to get my hands back in some dough and bake all your favorites!

a little love note from my kitchen to you🤎

My first sold-out weekend at Coop & Crumb, and I’m still trying to wrap my head around the fact that people are making a point to stop by my little stand for something I baked in my kitchen.

Every preorder, every visit to the stand, every kind message, and every person who tells a friend about my little bakery means more than you know. What started as a fun little idea has turned into something I look forward to every single week, and that’s because of YOU.

I’ll be taking next weekend off to travel and spend some much-needed time with family, but I already can’t wait to get back in the kitchen and keep baking for all of you.

Thank you for keeping me busy, for supporting this little dream, and for giving me a reason to keep buying more flour😂

Fresh brown butter chocolate chip cookies are making a special appearance at the Coop & Crumb stand this weekend!

Golden edges, soft centers, melty chocolate chunks, and that rich, nutty brown butter flavor. AND they’re made with sourdough discard, because around here, we find a way to put that starter to work😂

Preorders are officially OPEN! And this week we’re welcoming a brand-new bagel to the Coop & Crumb lineup: Jalapeño Cheddar Sourdough Bagels 🌶️🧀

Made with fresh jalapeños, these babies bring some serious heat balanced out with plenty of sharp, melty cheddar. If you like a little spice with your breakfast, these are for you.

October is officially here 🍂 and here’s the updated stand calendar! 🤎

A little repost because I realized I needed to make one tiny change: the stand will be CLOSED October 17–18 while I take a little time off for travel ✈️

Otherwise, the stand will be out Saturdays + Sundays until I sell out! 🍞

Save this updated calendar so you know when to come find the bread, scones, bagels + eggs this month!
