Meet Penelope 🐔🤎

One of the hardest-working ladies in the Coop & Crumb crew and one of our very best layers. She’s responsible for a lot of the fresh eggs that make their way onto the stand each week, so I figured she deserved her own little introduction.

A little schedule change 🤎

I mentioned a few weeks ago that this time of year is my busiest stretch at my full-time job, and with family visiting for Labor Day weekend, I’ve decided to give myself a little breather next weekend.

Coop & Crumb will be closed Labor Day weekend and back on September 12th!

I’ll be using the extra time for some much-needed rest and a little recipe testing 👀 because I have some fun things I want to bring to the lineup (which may or may not include LOTS of pumpkin and fall themed goodies)

Thanks for always being so excited to eat whatever I’m baking up. I’ll be back on the 12th rested, recharged, and ready to feed you all again 🐓🍞

Good morning and happy stand day! Come on my and enjoy some delicious sourdough treats 🍞🤎

A last-minute addition… because they turned out that good 🥯

I’m so excited to officially welcome Original Sourdough Bagels to the Coop & Crumb lineup! After lots of recipe testing, these have earned a permanent spot on the menu.

They’re joining this week’s drop in very limited quantities as I figure out my baking rhythm, so if you’ve been waiting for sourdough bagels, now’s your chance.

A few returning favorites, one brand new treat, and one seasonal goodbye…

🍑 NEW: Peach Crumble Bread!
I’ve been recipe testing this one for weeks, and I’m so excited to finally share it. Think of it like a cozy slice of banana bread, but packed with juicy summer peaches and topped with a buttery crumble. It’ll be sold by the slice, making it the perfect little afternoon treat.

🍋 One last hurrah for Lemon Poppy Seed Scones!
As much as I love them, I’m starting to shift my menu toward cozy fall flavors, so this will most likely be your last chance to grab one until spring.

And by popular request, Italian Parmesan Sourdough is making its return alongside the classic Original loaf🌿
