What could I possibly be making with Organic Black Rice? Any ideas?

My kiddo asked for cookies as a party favor for his birthday…. How could I say no? With a massive pizza and park party ahead of us and 90 cookies on tap, here are my tips for bulk baking cookies:

1. Make your dough ahead of time and freeze the dough balls
2. Reuse the chocolate chip bags for storage. they are already food safe, so why not give them one more use before tossing them away?
3. A third oven rack really helps to bake 15-18 extra cookies at a time
4. Making your cookie dough balls similar in size helps to bake your cookies more evenly
5. Find your base recipe work so generally you can do any mix in and the cookies are still fabulous!

Mix up 24 loaves of bread with me!

I love making a really good base dough, then mix in the other good stuff.

Lately I’ve been doing an autolyse rather than my usual fermentolyse and I actually think it’s making a difference in my loaves.

Have you noticed a difference?
