I've come to understand something over these last few months. I am not meant to have a home bakery and that is okay.
I've tried so hard to 'make it work' but it's time to let go. Trying so hard especially since I've been here before.
The last week of July will be the final days for the bakery. ❤️

Wanted to introduce myself again since I have a few new followers.😌

I'm Roshanda. Thank you for stopping by! Little back story...

I've enjoyed baking since I was little. When I was able, I enrolled in culinary school to learn the science behind baking. Great experience!
Per the school policy, I had to find somewhere to intern before I'd be able to finish school. I chose to work at Paradise Bakery and Cafe. That experience, though very informative, was a harsh look at how much restaurants sometimes waste food.

I believe this was the foundation of why I decided to only prepare made to order orders. I know sometimes waste is going to happen one way or the other, but overall I try to avoid it if at all possible.
