The summer pineapple kids Redmond Re-Lyte Electrolytes flavor is 10/10🎉. I threw some in my protein shake after a workout this morning with a frozen banana and my Redmond Roots vanilla protein powder🙌🏻.

Our newest cow Molasses had her calf💙

Molasses has always lived on a small scale dairy— so her calves have always been taken away from her pretty quickly. I’m really excited to let her keep her calf this time🥰. I’m really hoping she settles into raising a calf and being milked. So far so good!

Once she settles into milking we will give Honey a much needed break. She’s been in milk for well over a year now and won’t have another calf until January.
