We are making and taking orders for Placek, an Easter specialty! This is a traditional polish bread. It is light in texture, made with raisins, mace and topped with lightly sweetened crumbs. Picture below.
You won’t be disappointed…I promise.

We are also making polish sausage (fresh kielbasa)and pierogis. Old family recipes  that have been handed down from generations.
