I LOVE piping flowers but in the middle of summer can be a bit challenging🥵 Something that helps me is using buttercream that has been chilled and left out at room temp just for a bit. Can’t let it get too soft though so must work fast and just throw back in the fridge if too soft to use. Another tip is wearing gloves which creates a bit of a barrier between hot hands and your buttercream bag😅 I also pipe my flowers on square parchment pieces that i throw in the freezer for about 15 minutes to harden, then easily transfer them onto the cake! Easy peasy!😍😅 Hope these help!🥰
