Showcasing this wonderful class I hosted for Cohort 5, where we dived into the art of chocolate mousse cakes! π«π°π©πΎβπ³ Glazed cakes are all the rage right now, and our creation featured layers of vanilla biscuit, rich chocolate mousse, and salted caramel ganache, topped with a shiny chocolate glaze. We finished it off with chocolate sauce, salted caramel, whipped cream, fresh raspberries, and elegant tempered chocolate decorations. Some students even added blackberry jam for a pop of colorβbeautiful and flavorful! π¨β¨
