Our first FAQ!

Q: What happens to the money I pledge if you don't meet your campaign goal?

A: No money is collected until and unless we meet the campaign goal. Kickstarter is different than other fundraising sites in this way - each individual contribution is only collected at the end if the campaign is successful. Some credit cards might place a hold on the amount, but it won't be actually completed unless we get to the full amount. So every pledge counts, no matter the size!

Q: Where can I get a mug?
A: They are only available as rewards for a certain pledge amount, if we are successful with the campaign.
