We’re incredibly grateful to be featured in nava⭐️ Los Angeles Times Food piece about protein habits and the way we think about food at Fountain.
Thank you, Nava, for taking the time to come hang with us, ask questions, and really understand what we’re trying to do.
And a huge thank you to our incredible guests, friends, neighbors, and supporters who continue to show up for us and believe in what we’re building.
We’re also endlessly grateful for the farmers, ranchers, producers, and distributors who make this little operation possible. We’re proud to work with people who care deeply about what they grow, raise, and bring into the world.

This crew does A LOT with very little. Every day they turn our tiny kitchen into a little whirlwind of delicious, wholesome food. The creativity, care, hustle, and dedication they bring to it is pretty damn special.
We started Fountain because we wanted to do things a little differently. Buy better. Work with good people who, through all the ups and downs, keep showing up and staying committed to feeding their communities. Support our local food ecosystem. Pay attention to where things come from. And ultimately, make something we’re proud to put in front of you.
We know there are easier ways to do this. There are cheaper ways to do it, too.
But we know it’s worth it.
